01The House of YO

Wealth created from the device
in your pocket

We sell phone plans and travel data in 200+ destinations, with entertainment and rewards that pay (Global YO and YO Mobile). YOnC, the Yonder Neural Cooperative, puts the AI chip in our subscribers' phones to work while they charge, sells that work to businesses and pays the owners. It launches on 1 January 2027. Once the acquisition we are negotiating closes, we will also sell wholesale data to other operators (YOx).

The same customers, the same partners, and the same platform feed all three. The numbers below are for YOnC, by far the largest of the three.

*Our own estimate. The AI work today's idle phones could do is worth about $210 billion a year at today's prices in the low case, rising toward $660 billion within ten years as owners replace their phones with faster ones. Prices come from Silicon Data's compute price index. The network's plan draws on a small share of the roughly 4.2 billion AI-capable smartphones in use. 02The Portfolio

Three businesses under one roof

Each business is built to earn on its own. The wholesale data YOx will sell to other operators once the acquisition closes. The mobile service we sell to travelers and households. The AI work YOnC will sell to businesses from 1 January 2027. Each one makes the next cheaper to run or harder for a competitor to copy. That is why this beats being a one-product company.

The apps people actually use, and the front doors that put the network in their hands. Global YO is live in 200+ destinations, and YO Mobile in Mexico and the United States. RoamX, the Jazz-branded travel product for Pakistan, is live on the same platform, without YOnC for now. The standalone YOnC app is in test and launches on 1 January 2027. A mobile operator group has signed a test agreement with us: a survey of its customers, then a live test on 500 to 1,000 of their phones, inside the operator's own app. Everything runs on the same YO platform, and every app is a way into the YOnC network.

A network that puts ordinary smartphones to work running AI while they sit idle, and pays their owners. It needs the other two layers: Connectivity moves the data, and Distribution puts the phones in people's hands. The computing power is already out there. YO connects it and sells it. YOnC is the newest product in the House of YO portfolio, built on what the other two layers already provide. The YOnC app is for people who want to join the network without buying a travel or mobile plan.

03The Compute

Turning idle phones into AI capacity

YOnC, the Yonder Neural Cooperative, is a network that runs AI on smartphones already in people's hands. The same phones people use for travel data, calls, and entertainment take on paid AI work while they sit idle, and the owner gets paid for it. The owner also gets free AI on the device.

See exactly this on your own device, in the YOnC Bench closed beta

A phone that earns while it charges puts modern AI, and a small income, within reach of people who could never afford a flagship phone and a subscription. YO already built and runs the network, the apps and the rewards system that tie it together.

  1. 01Phones joinSubscribers switch YOnC on, on phones they already own. Each phone adds capacity nobody had to build.
  2. 02Growth below market costAdding a phone costs software and signing up its owner, far less than the AI industry pays for new capacity. The network, the apps and the customer base already exist.
  3. 03Compute out, billed in dollarsIdle phones in those subscribers' hands do AI work that the network checks and counts. Businesses and governments pay for it. That is the revenue.
  4. 04Paid to the ownerA set share of every dollar billed goes back to the phone owner. The asset and the workforce are the same person.
  5. 05Better phonesOwners replace their phones, and each new one has a faster AI chip. It does more work, and the owner earns more.

↻More phones do more AI work, more is paid back to owners, and the loop goes around again.

04The flywheel

Each subscriber earns from being in the network

Free AI for the user, income for the owner. The phone runs a capable assistant at no cost and earns real money while it sits idle. That puts modern AI within reach of people who could never pay for a flagship phone and a monthly subscription. Four steps, each funding the next. The subscriber stops being just a customer and becomes a paid part of the business.

05Why now

The world just proved us right

Two columns of facts. The left side is what building AI capacity runs into today: physical, slow, expensive. The right side is what changed in the last twelve months. Read across each row. The right card answers the left one.

Constraint

What the AI build-out actually faces.

Three physical limits no amount of capital can compress.

2026· Data-center build-out

New sites take four to seven years.

Finding the site, getting the permits, ordering the transformers, connecting the power, and switching it all on takes a big AI data center about five years, before it does a single piece of work. Money cannot shorten that calendar. A lab that wants capacity in 2027 needs it under contract today, and the only capacity it can contract today already exists somewhere.

→ Data Center Knowledge · 5 to 7 year grid waits (opens in a new tab)
2026· The energy grid

The grid cannot keep up.

In the US, the waiting list to connect a new data center to the power grid stretches past 2030. In 2024 Microsoft signed a 20-year deal for the power from Three Mile Island's nuclear plant, which is being restarted to supply its data centers. Whole projects are being moved to wherever power is still available. Transformers are on multi-year backorder, and permits take years. None of this can be fixed by spending more.

→ CNBC · Constellation restarts Three Mile Island for Microsoft (opens in a new tab)
2026· Capital expenditure

Cloud giants tripled their spending. It is still not enough.

The big cloud companies have more than tripled what they spend on AI since 2023, and plan to spend more in 2026. Even so, the top AI labs say what holds them back is capacity to run their models for customers, not to train them. The money is there. The things it can buy are not. A network that adds capacity without sites, buildings, or transformers gets around the problem entirely.

Opportunity

What the last twelve months made possible.

Three structural changes the AI economy just absorbed.

Apr 2026· SPAN XFRA / NVIDIA

Distributed compute, proven by NVIDIA.

SPAN's XFRA program puts NVIDIA chips in ordinary homes to run AI, with NVIDIA and PulteGroup as launch partners. It proves real AI work does not need to happen in a data center. YOnC runs the same play on the phones already in millions of pockets. No buildings, no permits, no new power lines.

→ CNBC · NVIDIA, Pulte & Span put compute in homes (opens in a new tab)
2026· The OEM door · Android first

The OEM door opens on Android.

Android already lets an app do paid work in the background, so YOnC can ship on Android phones now, and Qualcomm's tools give third parties direct access to the AI chip in most Android flagships with no gate. A phone that earns money for its owner is a feature any maker can sell. iOS is tighter. Apple limits background work, so the iPhone path runs through a background-policy review we have filed, and we treat it as upside rather than the plan.

This case does not assume Apple or Google will welcome us. Android already permits the background work today. The iOS path is under review. John Ternus became Apple's CEO on 1 September 2026. Nothing here depends on it.

06Where it stands

What's happening and when.

Each step has to be met before the next begins. The first is running now.

Now
Working prototype.

Tested in 547 runs in eight countries, on 19 phone models built around 16 different processors. In September the network began routing real jobs to phones, and three 24-hour runs on charge finished with no failed task. Four patent applications are on file, and four more are drafted.

2026
Operator test.

A mobile operator group tests YOnC inside its own app: a survey of its customers, then a live test on 500 to 1,000 of their phones.

1 Jan 2027
Launch.

The YOnC app launches and sales to business open. The launch is built to measure what we have not yet proved: how long a phone holds its top speed through a full night, how many owners switch on and what buyers will pay.

2027
More operators.

More operators put YOnC inside their own apps, each one after the last has been measured.

07The enterprise market

The same capacity, sold direct to businesses

Once the network is producing, businesses and governments buy YOnC computing power the same way they buy it from the cloud today: by the token, in dollars, billed monthly. The difference is that our supply is already sitting in people's pockets. There are no buildings or power plants to pay for, and the output is priced at parity with the low-cost commercial models these buyers already use.

The buyer

Enterprises and governments.

Top AI labs, governments, and large companies in places where AI work has to stay in the country. The same buyers who already purchase from the big clouds, now with a second and very different source of supply.

The unit

Verified tokens. Daily billing.

Buyers pay dollars per million tokens of completed work. The network, not the phone, checks and counts the work before it is billed, so buyers can trust the output while phones keep the cost low.

The price

Priced like the cloud.

Output is priced by the token at parity with low-cost commercial models, and Silicon Data's daily compute price gives buyers a public number to check it against. Supply that has to stay in one country earns a premium where governments require it.

The timeline

Commercial from 1 January 2027.

Sales to business open with the YOnC launch on 1 January 2027.

08Already shipping

Three brands. One partner network.

Global YO and YO Mobile are live today, and the YOnC app is in test ahead of its launch on 1 January 2027, all on the same platform. YOnC ships into each of them as an optional feature, the same way any feature would. What follows is what is already built.

Global YO

A live travel eSIM business in 200+ destinations, with the new platform shipping now: a redesigned app, an AI assistant, and a rewards system built in. Mobile operators put YOnC inside the application their subscribers already open, under the operator's own brand, and fund the marketing. Joining is one toggle. The first operator-branded product on the platform is already live: RoamX, built for Jazz in Pakistan, without YOnC for now. A mobile operator group has signed a test agreement with us: a survey of its customers, then a live test on 500 to 1,000 of their phones, inside its own app. Operators bring YOnC to an audience many times larger than YO reaches directly.

YOnC

The lightest way into the network for anyone who wants the earning side on its own, with no travel plan or mobile line attached. One toggle turns it on. While the phone sits in Safe-State it takes on paid work, the lock screen shows the meter while it earns, and checked work turns into YOYO$ once a day, with the YOYO$ wallet handling spending. It runs best on the phone's AI chip, and falls back to the rest of the phone where it has to. From launch, anyone can add it in minutes.

09The team

The team that built the platform. Now building the network.

No one has shipped this before. That is the bet. What this team has already shipped is the part nobody else can copy: the operator licenses, the sales channels, the live customer base, and the platform under everything. Four United States provisional patent applications, filed between April and October 2026, cover how work is routed across phones, how it is proven, how each job is matched to the right phone and the power and cooling of a phone built for the work. Four more are drafted. This is a team of operators with the reach to make a new kind of income real.
